ΰ€‰ΰ€€ΰ₯ΰ€€ΰ€° :

Aayush is a 14-year-old boy from Biratnagar whose daily routine is largely inactive. He spends several hours sitting on the sofa and watching television, often accompanied by frequent snacking. Such a pattern of behaviour can negatively affect his physical fitness and general health if it continues for a long time.

To become healthier, Aayush should reduce the amount of time he spends watching television and avoid remaining seated for extended periods. He also needs to control his habit of eating excessive snacks, particularly those that are high in sugar and calories. Instead, he should make regular physical movement a part of his everyday life.

A healthier routine could include activities such as walking, cycling, playing outdoor games, or taking part in other forms of exercise. Besides keeping him physically active, these activities can give him a refreshing break from the screen and make his daily life more energetic.

I would advise Aayush to maintain a proper balance between entertainment, exercise, rest, and food. He can set a reasonable limit on television time and use the remaining time for physical activities, reading, creative interests, or other useful pursuits. Choosing nutritious meals and snacks instead of frequently consuming unhealthy food would also support his well-being.

Aayush does not need to change everything at once. By developing better habits gradually and following them consistently, he can move towards a healthier, more active, and well-balanced lifestyle.
